About the Author


Caroline McCarter is a Yoga therapist who began her studies at the University of Michigan, in 1997. After a decade of in-depth instruction from renowned teachers such as A.G. Mohan, Indra Mohan, and Ganesh Mohan, she opened a private practice in Austin, Texas.
