Yoga has a broad spectrum of healing tools, including chronic low back pain, herniated discs, arthritis, generalized anxiety disorder, depression and other ailments.
We move towards your goal in intelligent, orderly steps. Since no two individuals are identical, each person’s starting point will be different, even though the goals may be the same.
